Return & Refund Policy

At Ori, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If the Ori 3.0 System isn't the right fit for your practice, here's how returns work.

30-Day Return Window

Return requests must be submitted in writing and approved by Ori within 30 days of your Commencement Date (the first day of the month following shipment). No returns will be accepted after this period.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, Equipment must be:

  • In like-new condition with no wear, tear, or damage to the Scanner, Laptop, Dock, or accessories
  • Returned with all original components

Any damage or visible use renders the Equipment non-returnable.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the Total Contract Value.

Consumables

Scanner tips that have been autoclaved or used in any way are non-returnable, and the full replacement cost will be charged for any such tips included in the return.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returns. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Financed Orders

Orders financed or leased through a third-party Financing Partner are not eligible for return under this policy. Return and cancellation rights for financed orders are governed exclusively by your Financing Partner's agreement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned Equipment, approved refunds (less the 10% restocking fee and any charges for used consumables) will be issued to the original payment method.

Defective Equipment

This policy covers returns for non-defective Equipment. If your Ori 3.0 System has a manufacturing defect, please contact Ori Support — warranty replacements are handled separately under your Standard Warranty or OriCare360™ coverage.
